A week ago, I was in Guatemala. That seems so surreal to me now as I am sitting in a coffee shop in Romania writing this. There is so much I want to write about Guatemala, about what the Lord did, what he will continue to do there, and the amazing people that I got to meet during that time. The people in Guatemala are unlike any people I have ever met. They are such warm people when you first meet them, and they will probably invite you over for dinner after a few minutes of talking with them. They all hold a special place in my heart.

Guatemala taught me a lot about myself. The Lord showed me real authenticity in the people I was around everyday, and pushed me more into who I am and who I was created to be. He taught me how the littlest job or chore that I do, can have such a big impact on someone else’s day. He taught me patience and full reliance on him, and I believe that will be something he will continue teaching me. He taught me about him and his character. I am so grateful for Guatemala because of the revelations I had and the people that came around me to comfort and push me into what the Lord is doing. A lot happened in Guatemala. I shaved my head, I hiked a volcano, I celebrated Christmas with my squad, and I got to meet some amazing people.

Guatemala, you are a country I will not easily forget. Adventures Guatemala, thank you for all you did for our squad and how you blessed us with everything you had. One day I hope I will be able to visit and serve in Guatemala again.

Now I am starting fresh in Romania. New ministry, new country, new people, new everything. I am honestly so excited to dive deeper into ministry and see where the Lord will work in Craiova! The first couple days that we have been here have been so sweet and our ministry hosts are so amazing! The next two months will be fun, challenging, and full of growth! Can’t wait!
